Tier One Network Membership, Event & Refund Policies
1. Membership Policy
1.1 Membership Selection Requirement
All customers of Tier One Network must actively select one specific membership tier prior to completing checkout.
Each membership tier includes clearly defined:
- Pricing
- Billing frequency
- Benefits
- Access limitations
- Renewal terms
Memberships are issued to the individual account holder only and are non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Tier One Network.
1.2 Billing Authorization & Auto-Renewal Disclosure
At the time of checkout, customers are provided with clear and conspicuous disclosure of:
- Total charge amount
- Billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Auto-renewal status
- Renewal charge amount
- Renewal date
By submitting payment, the customer expressly authorizes Tier One Network to:
- Charge the selected payment method
- Store payment credentials securely
- Process recurring charges according to the selected membership terms
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
1.3 Cancellation of Memberships
Customers may cancel their membership at any time through:
- Their online account portal, or
- A written request submitted to Tier One Network customer support
Cancellation:
- Prevents future recurring charges
- Does not retroactively refund prior charges
- Does not terminate access already granted for the current billing period
Failure to cancel before the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the renewal charge.
1.4 No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer
Tier One Network memberships provide access to services, content, events, or resources as described.
However, no specific outcome, result, or experience is guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for chargebacks or refunds.
2. Event Attendance & Ticketing Policy
2.1 Event Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
Upon successful ticket purchase, the customer receives written confirmation (email or equivalent electronic communication) containing:
- Event name
- Event date
- Event start time
- Event location and/or directions
- Applicable cancellation and refund terms
Delivery of this confirmation serves as proof of purchase and authorization.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate at checkout.
2.2 Proof of Delivery & Transaction Evidence
For dispute resolution, chargeback defense, or transaction validation, Tier One Network retains and may provide:
- Timestamped transaction records
- Email confirmation delivery logs
- IP address and device data
- Acceptance of terms at checkout
Claims of “non-receipt” do not invalidate a confirmed transaction.
2.3 Attendance, Access & No-Show Policy
Event access may require:
- A valid ticket or confirmation
- Matching identification
- Compliance with venue rules, conduct policies, and safety requirements
Failure to attend an event for any reason—including lateness, personal conflicts, or no-shows—does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Removal for misconduct or policy violations does not entitle the customer to compensation.
3. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Membership Refund Policy
All Tier One Network membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including but not limited to:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused time
- Forgotten cancellations
- Dissatisfaction with services
Refunds are issued only when required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase.
3.2 Event Ticket Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:
- Event tickets are final sale
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Missed events do not qualify for refunds or credits
If an event is canceled by Tier One Network, customers may receive, at our discretion:
- A refund
- A credit
- A rescheduled event date
3.3 Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention
Customers agree to contact Tier One Network directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent termination of membership
- Loss of access to services or events
- Future purchase restrictions
Tier One Network actively monitors dispute activity and maintains records to contest invalid or fraudulent claims.
